SAP Charges

All SAP assessments are carried out by Accredited SAP Assessors, using approved SAP methodology software from Elmhurst Energy. The charges are based upon supplying 2 hard copy SAP reports (including full SAP calculation, if required) and 1 PDF version via email, if required.

Initial Design Calculation & Report
£60.00 plus VAT

This charge includes standard defaults for Thermal Bridging and Thermal Mass Parameters.
If calculated values are required in place of defaults a quotation can be issued after sight of plans.

Amendments at verification stage to achieve compliance
Minimum charge including Final Compliance Report £25.00 plus VAT

Final Completion Certificate endorsed by Elmhurst Energy £25.00 plus VAT
Includes verification of Part L1a checklist

Additional Certificates or Reports £10.00 plus VAT

For multiple and non-standard properties Price upon request#

For large developments Price upon request#

For developments utilising Springvale products or
other CRH sister company products (e.g. Forticrete Ltd,
Ibstock Brick Ltd, Ecotherm Ltd) Price upon request#

# Discounts may be given for reproduction of similar or same designs and also large developments.
# Discounts may also be given for using Springvale products in large volumes.

Please note that this service carries many hidden responsibilities such as Design P.I. Insurance and responsibility as deemed necessary under the competent persons scheme referred to by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Building Regulations Advisory Committee in Part L1A of the Building Regulations (APPENDIX A). Therefore, the charges made are to cover the costs of this and to cover the costs of the many assessors employed BY Springvale EPS Ltd to support the industry. The charges also cover the admin features of the service such as I.T. equipment, Training, Energy Software and consumables.
